Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actress, author and bestseller novelist. Her talents have won her recognition across the world. Sagittarius by birth and born on the 3rd of December, 1960 in North Carolina. She's the third oldest siblings who were born to Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper, and Anne psychologist. She's English and Scottish descent. Moore had a difficult time because her family was constantly shifting due to her father's work.
